Change of Heart

This is my first post in quite a while, I have been struggling with inspiration for my blog and what to post about. However, I am back and am having a complete re-vamp of what I blog about, I will continue to write some fashion articles but my new focus is on healthy living.

Although I love fashion, my passion is health and fitness. I am a gym-bunny, avid runner, footballer and pole fitness enthusiast with a goal of having a completely healthy lifestyle. I am a Fashion with Photography student trying to juggle a healthy lifestyle with the demands of being a student.

I wanted to start writing a new blog in order to inspire myself to stick to the healthy lifestyle choices I have discovered and to inspire others to join my journey. I am in no way trained in fitness or nutrition but I feel I have many pearls of wisdom of which I want to share. I believe that together we can all achieve a lifestyle in which we feel happy and healthy.

So jump on board and join in my journey, a warts and all account of my daily trials, tribulations and achievements in the quest for a healthy mind and body.

Happy holidays...

I haven't posted in a few days as I took two days off from work and went to spend a lovely few days with my boyfriend. I hadn't really seen him in 5 weeks and so it was really nice not only to take some time off work but to chill out in the sun with him. I was spoilt rotten for my whole stay so I thought I would share a few snaps from my weekend.

I was treated to these gorgeous studded pumps, a lovely surprise because when I went to buy some myself they were sold out. I think they will really add some oomph to any outfit.
We ate amazing food and drank lots of wine. This was a starter we made, stuffed mushrooms with sun dried tomatoes, parma ham, cherry tomatoes and cheese. Very yummy. Will made cajun pork steaks with homemade chips for main course, but I forgot to take a picture.
For dessert I made a New York style cheesecake. Oh my god it was sooo good. I might actually do a recipe post on how to make this because it was so easy yet so so yum! Actually was a heart attack on a plate.
Being taught how to juggle - I'm still rubbish!

Lots of sunny weather, beautiful views and ice cold Rekorderlig in the garden. A pretty good holiday!
